Margaret “Maggie” Hall has a background in International Business and Economics, from both Maryville College in Tennessee and the Universidad de Los Andes in Merida, Venezuela. By working as an employee advisor for 11 years, she honed her planning and investments skills before becoming an independent advisor in April 2015 with Cetera Advisors. She holds her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, which “enables experienced advisors, who are focused on retirement planning for individuals, define a ‘road map to retirement.’ There is a focus on clients’ pre- and post-retirement needs, as well as issues related to asset management and estate planning” (Source: College for Financial Planning).
Maggie is deeply involved in her community as a member of the Montevallo Main Street Economic Board, facilitator for Co-Starters, chair of Trustees at University Baptist Church and room parent for her son, Emmet’s kindergarten class. She has also served on the Montevallo Parks and Rec Board and will soon join the board for the Boys and Girls Club of Montevallo. She, her husband George and their son Emmet live in Montevallo and enjoy all the outdoor recreation the city has to offer. They are also avid animal lovers.
